What are the two main types of shellfish?

There are two groups of shellfish: crustacea (such as shrimp, crab and lobster) and mollusks (such as clams, mussels, oysters and scallops). Crustacea cause most shellfish reactions, and these tend to be severe. Finned fish and shellfish are not related.Shellfish Allergy | Food Allergy Research & Education

I used 2 lbs of small red potatoes, 3 ears of corn, one pound of sausage, and two pounds of large shrimp, and a couple tablespoons of zatarans crab boil seasoning.

So I used tapatío sauce and the juice of a whole lemon. We will definitely be having this again for dinner.

This was so easy and so satisfying. We all loved the butter garlic sauce. Thanks for posting this recipe.
