It is usually called Frogmore Stew. No Cajun spices just old bay seasoning and no sauce. Otherwise the recipe sounds pretty good.

I used 2 lbs of small red potatoes, 3 ears of corn, one pound of sausage, and two pounds of large shrimp, and a couple tablespoons of zatarans crab boil seasoning.
Cooked for 10 minutes then added the shrimp till they turned pink. For the sauce I used one and a half sticks of butter, three cloves of garlic and a small amount of old bay seasoning. I didn’t have lemon pepper or Cajun spices.
So I used tapatío sauce and the juice of a whole lemon. We will definitely be having this again for dinner.

You won’t need to increase the time to cook from frozen. Cooking Style: Instant Pot/Pressure Cooker, Stove Top Hate it when folks say they “made changes to your receipts ” I only made more for larger family , three grown men with big appetites.
Only real change is in the sauce— more of ingredients and then I put shrimp in it for a couple of minutes to cook. Put all in very large serving bowl, then I poured that delicious sauce over all, had garlic bread and O My Goodness !!! Will do this again, you bet.
Make the sauce by melting the butter, and then adding all the seasonings to the butter. Don’t increase seasonings as there is so much salt in several of those seasonings. Add as directed first, and then you can adjust slowly.

Need to fix that I used 6 corn niblets, 1 1/2 sausage links, 2 tbsp of Louisiana Shrimp and Crab Boil, and 12 small red potatoes. Covered with water it went to my 11 cup or 4L mark.
I cooked those per the directions and took them out and placed them in a large bowl before I place 3 lbs. Let those cook and added to them to the bowl.
Then I poured the sauce over the top. It was perfect! My family absolutely loves this recipe! So this is Instant Pot + pan, or Saucepan + Pan because you boil the sausage, corn, and potatoes in the Instant Pot, but I made the sauce in a pan on the stove as the Instant Pot is working.

This low country boil was the first thing I fixed , on the day I got it ! Other receipts from Pinterest tried too. Most for Instant Pot but I find that there is very little difference in the two. When it is time to thaw and cook the next time you want to make this recipe, all your bulk ingredients are already together.
You can add everything right into the Instant Pot, but make sure to add the shrimp last to only cook in the residual heat.
